The Statue of Liberty, the symbol of the city, is an epitome of modern architecture and the view of New York harbour from there is simply amazing, and you must keep some time in hand to soak in the beauty of the place. It’s on Liberty Island on which the statue is located, and you need to take a ferry ride to reach there. Empire State Building is among the landmarks in New York that represent the idea of the city, and you should visit the place on your USA tour. It was the tallest building in the world for the major part of the twentieth century and has two observatories on the eighty-sixth floor and on the hundred-second floor. When you see the view from there, you would be in awe of such modern creations that facilitate nature’s view in such mesmerising ways. On a clear day, you can see almost eighty miles and New Jersey and Pennsylvania come even closer to you from there.
